“They Wore Glasses”

“They Wore Glasses” is a story that I wrote and illustrated for my Callaloo Kids brand.

Zoe comes home from school one day and feels very said because kids at school were making fun of her glasses. To cheer her up, her mother tells her about some important people who did great things with a pair of glasses on their face.

The story is for children who are scared of wearing glasses. I can completely relate to this because I can recall being scared to wear glasses in high school because I was afraid of people making fun of me.
